Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses, internships, and job opportunity placements. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Your enrollment signifies your agreement to these terms.
1. Non-Refundable Fee
A non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the course fee will be applied to all refund requests processed. This fee covers administrative costs associated with enrollment and withdrawal.
2. Course Content Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of your enrollment date, provided you have accessed no more than 10% of the course material. After this 7-day period or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
3. Defective or Incomplete Content
In the rare event that course content provided by lfabet.in is found to be defective or incomplete to a degree that prevents proper learning, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement course, at your discretion. Such claims must be reported to our support team within 3 days of discovering the defect.
4. Internship/Job Opportunity Placement
Refunds for services related to internship or job opportunity placement are handled on a case-by-case basis. If lfabet.in fails to secure a placement within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 6 months from course completion) despite the student meeting all eligibility criteria and actively participating in the placement process, a partial refund may be considered, less any applicable administrative fees.
5. Technical Requirements
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing and completing lfabet.in courses. No refunds will be granted due to a student’s inability to access course content resulting from incompatible hardware, software, or internet connectivity issues on their end.
6. Course Cancellation
Should lfabet.in cancel a course before its official start date, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid. If a course is canceled mid-way through, students will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the course.
7. Refund Rationale
All refund requests must be accompanied by a clear and detailed rationale for the request. Vague or unsubstantiated claims will not be processed. Supporting documentation may be required.
8. Change of Mind
Refunds are generally not provided for “change of mind” beyond the 7-day satisfaction period outlined in Section 2. We encourage prospective students to thoroughly review course descriptions and ask any questions before enrolling.
9. Discontinuation
If a student decides to discontinue a course voluntarily after the refund period has expired, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the course, regardless of completion status.
